Well Known Automotive Company located in Baghdad is looking to hire a Sales Admin to join there sales team.
Overall Objective of the Job:
The Sales Admin is responsible for performing administrative and support duties to the sales teams in different areas, and handling all correspondence and organizing contacts between the sales team and customers.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Handles correspondence, reviews and distributes sales related documents.
• Prepares and distribute financial and sales reports to advise sales team members.
• Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording account information.
• Generates weekly/monthly related sales.
• Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management.
• Maintains appropriate records of clients’ complaints.
• Maintains departmental files; ensures that all records are updated and modified as necessary.
• Establishes excellent customer relationship and provides a high standard of customer service.
• Performs Follows-up on payments and credit collection.
• Assists sales teams with new ideas and suggestions to achieve their targets.
• Performs any related task as requested by the direct supervisor.
Educational Level/ Required Certificates:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, or Administrative support.
