A Well known Automotive Company in Baghdad is looking for a Showroom Manager to join their team in Baghdad

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our automotive showroom. This role involves managing showroom staff, driving sales performance, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining showroom standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Showroom Operations: Oversee daily activities, including showroom setup, vehicle displays, and customer interactions.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure customers have a positive, professional, and informative experience when visiting the showroom.
  • Sales Performance: Track and manage sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure goals are met.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper vehicle presentation.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract new customers to the showroom.
  • Report to Management: Provide regular updates on showroom performance, sales results, and customer feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team, and handle customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Focused: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
  • Organization: Ability to manage showroom operations efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness and vehicle presentation.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of automotive products and market trends.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
