A leading Bank located in Baghdad - Iraq is looking to hire an IT - Applications Specialist. 

Accountabilities & Key Roles:

• Coordinating systems analysis and applications development activities.

• Analyzing business requirements and developing design specifications and test plans to meet business requirements. 

• Configuring software to meet design specifications and developing implementation plans for vendor provided software. 

• Troubleshoot customer problems and provide recommendations with appropriate solutions to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Providing regular status and activity reporting as required.

• Providing 24x7 local support.

• Applications\Systems administration and operations.

• Adhering to PnP and IT standards in all day-to-day activities.

• Plan, design, develop, implement and maintain the in-house systems and business requirements using the standard tools identified by ITG.

• Participate in project from conception through implementation as per tasks assigned by project managers and ensure projects’ tasks expectations are met without impact on project scope, cost, quality, and schedule.

• Implement and resolve emergency bug fixes in the bank applications.

• Design and Write programs needed for application customization and local requirements.

• Write documentations according to SDLC& Project Management standards.

• Adhere to PnP and IT standards.

• Review, analyzes and modifies systems/Applications including coding, testing, debugging to support the bank application systems.

• Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program.

• Maintains up to date application experience to support rapidly changing technology of IT.

• Adhere and comply with all IT PnPs, actively work towards closure of all related audit findings.

Job Requirements (to be verified by HR):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering from a recognized university.

• Experience:  4 years' experience in IT development/analysis field within Banks or similar organizations.

Skills:

Good know-how in the Banking business.

Profession in MS office products.

Good in PMP.

• التخطيط والتصميم والتطوير والتنفيذ والصيانة للأنظمة المحلية ومتطلبات الأعمال باستخدام الأدوات القياسية المعترف بها من قبل ITG.
• المشاركة في المشاريع من الفكرة حتى التنفيذ وفقًا للمهام المخصصة من قبل مديري المشاريع وضمان تحقيق توقعات مهام المشروع دون التأثير على نطاق المشروع والتكلفة والجودة والجدول الزمني.
• تنفيذ وحل الأخطاء البرمجية الطارئة في تطبيقات البنك.
• تصميم وكتابة البرامج المطلوبة لتخصيص التطبيق ومتطلبات المحلية.
• كتابة وثائق وفقًا لمعايير دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات وإدارة المشاريع.
• الالتزام بمعايير الأداء ومعايير تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
• مراجعة وتحليل وتعديل الأنظمة / التطبيقات بما في ذلك البرمجة والاختبار وتصحيح الأخطاء لدعم أنظمة التطبيقات المصرفية.
• التشاور مع المستخدمين لتحديد الإجراءات الحالية وتوضيح البرنامج.
• الحفاظ على تجربة تطبيق حديثة لدعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات القائمة على التغيرات السريعة.
• التقيد والامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والعمل بجد لإغلاق جميع نتائج التدقيق المتعلقة.

متطلباتالوظيفة (يجب التحقق منها من قبل إدارة الموارد البشرية):

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر / الهندسة من جامعة معترف بها.
• الخبرة: خبرة لمدة 4 سنوات في مجال تطوير / تحليل تكنولوجيا المعلومات في البنوك أو المنظمات المماثلة.
• المهارات:
• معرفة جيدة بأعمال البنوك.
• احترافية في منتجات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
• جيد في إدارة مشروعات PMP.
