Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Assist PDS team with the Data collection and Data Management through Registration Application. 

• Support PDS team with PDS card printing operation. 

• Support both WFP team and PDS team with PDS data Management and data cleansing. 

• Provide L1 support to the PDS card printers. 

• Assist PDS team to work on Change Request plat from backend. 

• Perform unit and integrated testing of new, enhanced or fixed code in order to ensure completeness and adherence to technical specifications. 

• Assist in the installation, configuration and customization of IT systems ensuring compliance with ISO IT standards, guidelines and procedures.

• Resolve users queries independently, escalating if required, to ensure that standard IT questions are answered, and accurate information is provided. 

• Assist in the preparation of materials and the delivery of trainings on automated business processes to ensure efficient and effective use of IT systems. 

• Collect and collate data, conduct basic analysis to support the development of accurate reports.

• Train PDS staff on how to use the new PDS system.  

• Support PDS with all Scope operations. 

• Any other related duties might be needed.


Required skills and competencies:

• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). 

• Experience in handling of web-based management systems and content management systems.

 • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages. 

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.

 • Experience with databases, data management, patch management.

 • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.

 • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.

 • Experience in business administration process.

• Familiarity with SQL and database operations.

• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.

• Ability and willingness to do field work.

• Data collection or data Management experience.

• Strong communication abilities.

Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Data Management.

Fresh graduate or 2 to 4 years of experience.
