A well-Known Automotive Company is looking to hire a Branch Manager to join their team at Fallujah Branch - Iraq. must have the following:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or business-related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Automotive industry with 3 years’ experience in management

• Well-developed business acumen

• Excellent report writing, presentation, communication and problem-solving skills

Goals

Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

• Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel

• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed

• Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment

• Developing and implementing sales and after sales plans

• Conducting regular sales and after sales meetings

• Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, another relevant information

• Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch

• Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community

• Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback

• Resolving customer problems as needed

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within the territory

• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

• Drafting forecasts and business plans

• Explaining the policies and procedures of the dealership to all employees and following up with

employees to ensure that these issues are understood and followed.

• Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives

• Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals

• Adhering to high ethical and professional standards

Authority and Organizational Position

• Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations.

• Reports to the General Manager or national manager levels of the dealership.
