About the Role:
A Well known Automotive Company in Baghdad is looking for a Manager to join their team in Baghdad
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the automotive industry. This role involves managing sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets its goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans to meet sales targets and grow revenue.
- Lead the Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and support the sales team to drive performance.
- Build Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and resolve issues quickly.
- Track Sales Performance: Monitor sales progress and report on team performance.
- Stay Market-Focused: Keep up-to-date with automotive trends and competitor activities.
- Manage Budgets: Ensure the team works within budget and achieves profitable results.
- Improve Sales Process: Continuously improve the sales process for better efficiency and results.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience, with 3+ years in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a team and drive results.
- Knowledge: Understanding of automotive products and market trends.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred:
- Experience with digital sales or e-commerce platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
